The subject of the order is the DELIVERY OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT AND KITCHEN EQUIPMENT in accordance with the assortment-quantity list contained in the offer form as per Annex 1 to the SWZ. The detailed description of the subject of the order and the requirements for it are contained in the Draft Contract Terms (together with annexes) constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ. The contractor is obliged to implement the order on the principles and conditions described in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Draft Contract Terms together with annexes.
