Denmark – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Udbud med forhandling vedrørende totalrådgivning til Vordingborg Kommunes fællesprojekt for Kystbeskyttelse af Præstø by

Vordingborg Municipality is implementing a municipal joint project for the coastal protection of Præstø town in accordance with the Coastal Protection Act, Chapter 1a. The project aims to protect Præstø town from flooding from Præstø Fjord and from flooding caused by a combination of high water levels in the fjord and discharge from Tubæk Å and its catchment area. The tender concerns a multidisciplinary comprehensive consultancy agreement. The consultancy team must include the necessary competencies, particularly in coastal and civil engineering, landscape architecture and urban design, land surveying services, and legal assistance regarding grant distribution and regulations. The consultant must, in close cooperation with Vordingborg Municipality, finalise the concept proposal and prepare the decision-making and application basis necessary for further administrative processing. The total project budget, including consultancy services, is estimated at 12,721,188.03 DKK excluding VAT, based on the existing and currently available material. The following options are also part of the tender:

1. Full Environmental Impact Assessment: The consultant must prepare a full environmental impact assessment.

2. Tender Project: The consultant prepares a complete tender project for the authority-approved project.

3. Execution Project: The consultant prepares coordinated detailed design and necessary calculations/details for the execution of all permanent construction elements.

4. Execution: The consultant oversees construction management, technical supervision, and project follow-up during execution.

5. Delivery: The consultant oversees construction management, technical supervision, and project follow-up regarding delivery, including 1-year follow-up inspection.
