Poland – Disposable non-chemical medical consumables and haematological consumables – Dostawy jednorazowego asortymentu do pobierania, transportu i przechowywania wymazów na okres 24 miesięcy - znak sprawy nr Z/103/PN/26

1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of a single assortment for collection, transport and storage of waste for a period of 24 months (hereinafter referred to as the goods), in the type and quantities given in the price form constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4 to this SWZ, in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract contained in the Price Form constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ. 2. In the event of no demand for the assortment covered by the subject of the contract, the Purchaser reserves the right not to order part of the assortment specified in Annex 1 to the contract in the basic scope, with the reservation of paragraph 5. The Contractor has no claims for compensation or claims based on any other legal basis, to which the Contractor agrees. 3. The Purchaser guarantees that the minimum value of deliveries in the basic scope will be 70% of the maximum value of this task in the basic scope. 4. The Purchaser informs that in the subject procedure conducted in the open tender procedure, it envisages the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the p.z.p. Act. The Purchaser, by applying the aforementioned procedure, will first carry out an examination and evaluation of the offers, and then carry out the substantive qualification of the Contractor, whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure.
