1. The subject of the contract is the lease of 6 multi-system locomotives along with maintenance services. 2. The procurement procedure is conducted as an open tender in accordance with the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as the “Pzp” or "Pzp". The subject contract is a sector contract. 3. Detailed requirements regarding the contract are contained in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ, which form an integral part of it.
