The subject of the contract is the supply of a new, medium-sized fire and rescue vehicle with equipment. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial offers. 4. The contracting authority does not reserve the right to require personal performance by individual contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract for key tasks. 5. Dividing the implementation of the contract into parts would increase costs, cause implementation difficulties and the risk of delays, and would also be artificial and pointless. 1.
