Poland – Industrial machinery – „Dostawa prasy do belowania asortymentu wysegregowanego w hali sortowni oraz pozostałości po sortowaniu odpadów"

The subject of the contract is the supply, assembly and installation of a Baler for sorting a segregated assortment in the Sorting Hall and remaining waste after sorting. It is required that the Baler be factory new, year of manufacture 2026. The supplied Baler must not be a prototype and must come from serial production. The technical parameters of the contract subject required by the Contracting Authority are contained in the Contract Subject Description – Annex 1 to SWZ. 2. Other requirements: a. delivery of the Baler to the Contracting Authority's headquarters, i.e. the locality Stary Las 9, gm. Starogard Gdański, to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority, i.e. the Sorting Hall, b. assembly, installation and commissioning of the Baler with all supplied components, c. execution of the reconstruction of the existing waste bunker, allowing for the smooth feeding of waste to the Baler from the conveying belts, d. execution of electrical connections and automation of the supplied Baler, e. execution of electrical measurements and, on the basis of the measurement protocols, allowing for the commissioning of the Baler, f. execution of technical and technological start-up, taking into account the provisions of lit. c, g. leaving all parts, elements and devices dismantled by the Contractor at the disposal of the Contracting Authority, as its property, h. delivery to the Contracting Authority of documents drawn up in Polish, in particular:  warranty card,  declaration of conformity (CE certificate – Conformité Européenne),  list of warranty and post-warranty services,  catalogue of spare parts (also in electronic version),  technical and operational documentation (DTR),  operating instructions for the Baler (min. 3 copies in paper form),  complete documentation of hydraulic and electrical diagrams,  maintenance and operational activities schedule, the Contracting Authority does not require separate elaborations in cases where, for example, the operating instructions are at the same time the DTR. i. training of the designated personnel of the Contracting Authority (10 operators) in the field of operation and exploitation of the Baler, j. performance of the Service and implementation of the obligations arising from the granted warranty. 3. Warranty conditions: 1) The Contractor shall grant a warranty for the contract subject for a period of 24 months or 4000 hours of operation of the Baler, whichever occurs first, counted from the date of signing by the Contracting Authority of the protocol of acceptance of the contract subject ("without remarks/without reservations"). 2) The warranty and service conditions are described in the Draft Contract Provisions – Annex 9 to SWZ and in the Contract Subject Description – Annex 1 to SWZ.
