Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Planungsleistungen Transformation Fernwärmenetz Ratingen-West und Innenstadt im Rahmen der Bundesförderung für effiziente Wärmenetze (BEW)

The Stadtwerke Ratingen GmbH (hereinafter: "Contracting Authority") operates a district heating network in Ratingen. For the network area "Ratingen West & Innenstadt", the Contracting Authority intends to gradually transition to decarbonisation of heat generation to meet energy and climate policy objectives, particularly the target of greenhouse gas neutrality by 2045 at the latest. The present tender, divided into two lots, is for the engagement of a service provider (hereinafter: "Contractor") who, based on the results of Phase 1, will plan and oversee the technical and constructional implementation of the necessary measures (Phases 2 to 8). The subject of the services in Lot I is the planning and integration of new heat generation plants (Specialist Planning Technical Equipment - Appendix 15 to § 55 Abs. 3 HOAI). The subject of the services to be awarded in Lot II is the planning of the extension, densification and optimisation of the existing district heating network (Building Services Engineering - Appendix 12 to § 43 HOAI and ancillary services Specialist Planning Technical Equipment - Appendix 15 to § 55 Abs. 3 HOAI).
