Monetra Oulu Oy Procurement Services requests a tender for electricity as well as Finnish-language billing services for its customers (hereinafter also "Purchaser") in accordance with this tender request and its annexes. The tender request asks for pricing of electricity and Finnish-language billing services and, in addition, the tenderer shall indicate whether the tenderer has experience and the possibility to offer electricity optimisation services to the Purchaser (option).
