Poland – Petroleum products, fuel, electricity and other sources of energy – „Kompleksowa dostawa energii elektrycznej dla obiektów rozliczanych w Gminie Ślesin ramach spółdzielni energetycznej na okres od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2027 r."

4.1. The subject of this order is the comprehensive supply of electrical energy to the objects listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – description of the subject of the order settled within the framework of the energy cooperative. The demand for electrical energy in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 is: 800 113 kWh of the basic order. The given amount of energy represents the demand after deducting the energy produced in the OZE and settled within the framework of the energy cooperative. 4.2. The ordering party has micro-installations, information about the PPE (point of energy intake) is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – description of the subject of the order. 4.3. The PPEs listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – description of the subject of the order, will be settled within the framework of the activities of the cooperative named „Spółdzielnia Energetyczna Ślesin”. The energy cooperative is at the stage of entry into the National Court Register. The start date of the operation of the energy cooperative and thus the settlement of energy within the framework of the cooperative is: March 2027. The basis for the settlement of energy produced in the OZE within the framework of the cooperative are the provisions of Article 38c of the Act of 20 February 2015 on renewable energy sources. 4.4. In the case of existing comprehensive agreements, which have a three-month notice period, the ordering party requests their termination by mutual agreement, effective as of 31.12.2026. In the event of the impossibility of terminating the agreements by mutual agreement, the entry into force of the order will automatically be postponed by the time necessary to terminate the comprehensive agreements. Information about the agreements is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4.5. The settlement of PPE within the framework of the energy cooperative will take place after the adjustment of the metering systems by the distribution system operator. 4.6. The detailed scope of the order is defined in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 on Energy Law. The remaining conditions regarding the implementation of the order are defined in the draft provisions of the electricity supply agreement – Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
