Germany – Engineering services – Generalplanungsleistungen für die Umstellung der FGL 102

ONTRAS Gastransport GmbH, as a regional gas pipeline network operator, intends to award general planning services for the upgrading of the gas pipeline (FGL) 102 to realise the transport capacity of hydrogen. The project includes the upgrading and/or rehabilitation of a gas pipeline between Brumby and Wedringen (FGL 102) in the state of Saxony-Anhalt. The affected pipeline section has a length of approximately 47 km. The existing pipeline section has a dimension of 750 mm with a MOP of 55 bar. The contracting authority currently estimates approximately 20 point measures to be rehabilitated. The project start is planned directly after the award of the general planning services in autumn 2026, with the handover of the task to the general planner. The contracting authority expects an individual licensing procedure to be carried out. The aim is to start the construction of the measures no later than early 2028, with all relevant permits in place, so that commissioning can take place at the end of 2028. The general planning service primarily comprises basic and special planning services (call-off is phase-specific) according to HOAI in the following scope of services: § 41 ff. Engineering structures in the phases (LPH) 3 to 9. The scope of services includes, among other things, the planning services for the pipe and civil engineering, telecommunications as well as further additional special services, such as the coordination of further specialist planners involved in the planning process, cost tracking, etc. In addition, further service components may possibly be consulting services according to Annex 1 to § 3 (1) HOAI, such as environmental impact assessment and/or further expert opinions or expert checks required in the planning procedure.
