The subject of the contract is the delivery of workwear, divided into six parts. Part 1: purchase and delivery of protective workwear. Part 2: purchase and delivery of personal protective equipment. Part 3: purchase and delivery of clothing for kitchen staff. Part 4: purchase and delivery of formal wear. Part 5: purchase and delivery of medical first responders' clothing. Part 6: purchase and delivery of footwear. The contracting authority requires that the delivered goods be factory new, in packaging that protects against quantitative and qualitative changes and comes from current production. Each package must have a label affixed by the manufacturer in a durable manner. The label on each package must indicate the name of the material and the name of the manufacturer. Each product must have a barcode EAN-13 (thirteen digits) or EAN-8 (eight digits) placed on the product or packaging. Each delivered item must be marked with a barcode in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of National Defence Decision No. 3 of 3 January 2014 on guidelines specifying the requirements for marking products delivered to the Ministry of National Defence with a barcode (Official Journal of the Ministry of National Defence of 7 January 2014, item 11). Protective clothing and personal protective equipment must be CE marked. The contract templates Annex 8 a, b, c, d, e, f to the SWZ and the price forms Annex 2 a, b, c, d, e, f to the SWZ are a supplement to the description of the subject of the contract and constitute an integral part of the Specification of Contract Conditions.
