Romania – Landscaping work – Execuție lucrări pentru obiectivul ”Iașul de după blocuri este orașul nostru” cod SMIS 355970

The subject of the present contract is the execution of works for the implementation of the objective "Iași after the blocks is our city", over a total area of 57,643.00 m2, in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Project (PTH), the DTAC and the Book of Works, and will be carried out on the following green spaces: Objective 1: The space located in Bistrita Street, blocks A1-A8; Objective 2: The space located in Sarmisegetuza Street, blocks R11-R12, Q4-Q8, B2, DA14-DA19, R8-R13; Objective 3: The space located in King Ferdinand I of Romania Boulevard, blocks B1-B6; Objective 4: The space located in King Mihai I of Romania Boulevard, block I1; Objective 5: The space located in National Road, block C2-Q2; Objective 6: The space located in Tudor Neculai Alley, blocks 937-939. Through the implementation of this objective, it is intended to increase the quality of life and health status of the population, by renovating some degraded and non-functional spaces within the municipality, public domain, and returning them to the public circuit. The project contributes to the improvement of the city's green infrastructure and implicitly reduces its pollution. The contract is financed through the North-East Regional Programme 2021-2027 (NBS – Nature-Based Solution - P3) "A sustainable, more environmentally friendly region", project call no. PR/NE/2024/3/RSO2.7/1/Green Spaces MRJ+M, dedicated to County Residence Municipalities and Municipalities, being subject to the reporting and visibility rigor specific to the DNSH principle ("Do No Significant Harm"). Estimated contract value: 37,272,769.53 lei excluding VAT. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, with respect to the deadline set by the contracting entity. Deadline by which the contracting authority will clearly and fully respond to all clarification requests: 11 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders in the participation notice. The number of days before the deadline for submitting tenders/candidatures by which clarifications can be requested is 18 days. The contracting authority sets a single deadline by which it will respond to all requests for clarifications/additional information.
