Romania – Parking lot construction work – Proiectarea și execuția lucrărilor aferente obiectivului de investiții „Amenajare parcare EST”

The subject of the procurement is the award of a sectoral works contract for the design and execution of works related to the investment objective "EST Parking Arrangement." The description of the works is available in the Terms of Reference section of the present award documentation. The deadline for requesting clarifications to the Award Documentation: 14 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, clarification requests will be submitted in S.E.A.P. The contracting entity has set two deadlines for responding to all clarification requests as follows: the first deadline is 22 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders; the second deadline is 11 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The two deadlines for responding to clarifications do not affect the right of economic operators to submit clarification requests throughout the entire period from the moment of publication of the Invitation to Participate and until the deadline of 14 days before the deadline for submission of tenders set by the contracting entity. Depending on the complexity of the clarification requests submitted by economic operators, for which responses should be published at the first deadline indicated above, the contracting entity reserves the right to publish the clarification responses, respectively, at the second deadline set in the Award Documentation.
