The subject of the public procurement is the operational and expert support of the configuration management (hereinafter „CfM“) process at the State Treasury Shared Services Centre, s. p. (hereinafter „SPCSS“). The operational support has the character of regular activities provided on the basis of a monthly lump sum. The expert support will be realized on the basis of individual irregular orders from the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority expects to use both operational and expert support for the internal needs of SPCSS as well as for the implementation of projects for third parties (customers of SPCSS). The Contracting Authority requires support for CfM in two main parts: A. Operational support B. Expert support, which consists of: 1. Development activities 2. Consultancy activities. The operational support of CfM includes activities based on technological knowledge of application integrations, data manipulation and data cleansing, and knowledge of the management and setting of the SPCSS configuration database (hereinafter „Operational support“). The Supplier will further provide development activities within CfM and consultancy activities within CfM on the basis of concluded individual orders (man-days).
