Czechia – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – "Zajištění služeb technické podpory, servisu a rozvoje služeb souvisejících s provozem IAM infrastruktury (IdStory) pro AOPK ČR"

The subject of the performance of this public contract is to ensure the services of technical support, servicing and development of services related to the operation of the IAM infrastructure for AOPK ČR to ensure and achieve the goals of the project "Development of the National ISOP" implemented within the National Environmental Programme. These services include: - services of servicing support of the environment, - services of product support IdStory, including the provision of services of the central authentication point, ensuring the operation of the system for Identity and Access Management and the development of both operated systems for the management and allocation of access to ISOP services for the entire duration of the contract, - development services with an expected available free capacity for system modifications and development in the amount of 240 hours/year (hereinafter "available capacity"). The contracting authority, in relation to the development services mentioned in the third indent above, states that the specified scope of 240 hours/year is the expected volume of the given service taken per year. The contracting authority reserves the right, in accordance with § 100 para. 1 ZZVZ, to take a lower scope of these services, and that depending on the current needs of the contracting authority, or not to take any development services in the given year. The exact definition of the subject of the public contract and other requirements and conditions for the performance of the subject of the performance are detailed specified in the annexes to this tender documentation, in particular in Annex No. 3 ZD - Commercial Conditions - Draft Contract for the Provision of Services and its annexes.
