Hungary – Electricity – PPKE-villamosenergia 2027-28

Tendering for the procurement of electricity for the designated consumption points of the properties managed and operated by the Inviting Party, under a commercial framework agreement. The conditions for the change of supplier are ensured in all cases of the consumption points. If the change of supplier is not realised at any of the consumption points by the start of the contract period, this will not affect the contractual quantity. The additional payment obligation arising from the energy efficiency obligation system, introduced by the amendment to the Act LVII of 2015 on Energy Efficiency, resulting from the energy consumption of the Inviting Party/User, and burdening the tenderer, the Inviting Party may enforce the proportional share falling to the user(s) towards the Inviting Party, in the case of a separate, explicit legal authorization.
