Poland – Household-refuse disposal services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, położonych na terenie Sektora I gminy Krzeszowice

1. The subject of the contract includes the collection and disposal of municipal waste generated on the territory of properties where residents live, located in Sector I of the municipality of Krzeszowice in the following localities: Czerna, Dębnik, Dubie, Filipowice, Krzeszowice, Miękinia, Nowa Góra, Ostrężnica, Paczółtowice, Siedlec, Żary 2. Types of waste covered by the subject of the contract and their estimated annual quantities from inhabited properties in Mg: non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste - 3150, PMTS fractions - 1180, bio-waste - 1100, furniture and other bulky waste - 270, Clothing and textiles - 100, Total 5800 Mg. The contracting authority reserves the right to use the above values to determine the value of the offer, however the quantity of waste may change depending on the actual quantity of waste generated by the owners of the properties. The subject of the contract also includes the delivery of containers and bags for the selective collection of waste (PMTS fractions and bio-waste). 3.
