Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Likwidacja dzikich wysypisk wraz z oczyszczeniem i uporządkowaniem terenów gminnych w Szczecinie zarządzanych przez Zarząd Budynków i Lokali Komunalnych

The subject of the order includes the service: Liquidation of wild dumpsites along with cleaning and tidying of municipal areas in Szczecin managed by the Municipal Buildings and Premises Management Office. Within the scope of the contract, the Contractor will provide a service consisting in particular of: 1) driving to the location indicated by the Buyer's representative, 2) removing from the place indicated by the Buyer – municipal waste, including in particular post-renovation waste, waste constituting remnants of electrical and electronic equipment, vehicle parts etc. 3) cleaning the area indicated by the Buyer's representative of scattered waste, tidying and leveling the area and mechanically or manually loading the waste onto transport vehicles, 4) immediate removal of all waste (excluding municipal waste with code 20 03 01 and waste with codes based on group 16 06), which should be handed over directly to the authorized facility), collected and removed from the area indicated by the Buyer, as a result of the work carried out by the Contractor, including the transport of waste to the place of its temporary storage (storage), including the segregation of waste, which aims to prepare it for transport to recovery or disposal or utilization sites, such as regional processing stations, 5) transport of waste to recovery or disposal or utilization sites, 6) handing over waste for recovery or disposal or utilization, i.e. handing over the collected waste to authorized entities operating in the field of recovery or disposal, if the Contractor is not authorized to operate in this field, 7) waste covered by the subject of the order are in particular waste with codes: 20 01 10 – 20 01 11 – clothing and textiles, 20 03 01 – unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, 20 03 07 – bulky waste, 17 01 07 – mixed waste from concrete, brick rubble, ceramic materials, 17 02 01 - 17 02 03 – wood, glass, plastic 17 04 02 - aluminium 17 04 05 – iron and steel, 15 01 01 - 15 01 03 – various packaging waste, 16 01 03 – used tyres, 16 02 13 or other from group 16 02 – used devices containing hazardous elements, 8) in the event of the identification or discovery during the execution of the order of waste with hazardous properties, which were not clearly foreseen in the description of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to immediately (no later than within 24 hours) notify the Buyer in writing or electronically. The Buyer will instruct the collection of these specific wastes by an entity that has the appropriate environmental permits, 9) the Contractor will be obliged to obtain a quantitative certificate of acceptance of waste at the place of its disposal, recovery or waste processing installation – in accordance with the waste management hierarchy, unloading of waste at the destination, 10) preparing photographic documentation (digital photographs) after the area has been tidied and handing it over to the Buyer's representative, 11) immediately informing the authorized representative of the Buyer of the service performed, in order to enable the performance of control activities and obtaining confirmation of the correctness of the service performed.
