The subject of the contract is the comprehensive provision of 24/7 personal and property protection services, as well as electronic protection using fire, burglary, and intrusion alarm systems in the buildings and premises of the ZUS Lublin Branch and its subordinate local units. The subject of the contract includes: - direct physical protection of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) Lublin Branch facilities, including employees and third parties present on the premises, - supervision of facilities using electronic monitoring devices and alarm systems, - actions of intervention groups, - locking and unlocking of specified facilities and depositing keys to the facilities. The detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority reserves the right for the Contractor to personally perform key parts of the contract involving the constant physical protection of facilities and premises, excluding the monitoring of alarm systems and the intervention group. Tomasza Zana 36, 38C, 20-601 Lublin. 2. Puławy Inspectorate ul. Lubelska 20b, 24-100 Puławy. 3. Kraśnik Inspectorate ul. Ks. J. Popiełuszki 3A, 23-210 Kraśnik. 4. Lubartów Inspectorate ul. Lipowa 6, 21-100 Lubartów. 5. Radzyń Podlaski Inspectorate ul. Armii Krajowej 22-32, 21-300 Radzyń Podlaski. 6. Biała Podlaska Inspectorate ul. Sadowa 23, 21-500 Biała Podlaska. 7. Łuków Inspectorate ul. Kard. S. Wyszyńskiego 56, 21-400 Łuków. 8. Opole Lubelskie Local Office ul. Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 12, 24-300 Opole Lubelskie. 9. Ryki Local Office ul.
