The object of this tender is the provision of comprehensive home help services, preferably carried out at the home, which, through qualified and supervised staff, provides a set of preventive, educational, rehabilitative and care actions for people and family units with difficulties in remaining or developing in their usual environment. The home help service, in its basic provision and dependency care modalities, aims to provide comprehensive care to users to meet all the needs of the person, with a focus on the educational and preventive nature of all actions, in accordance with the technical requirements established in the technical specifications and under the direction and public control that will be carried out by the municipal department responsible for social welfare. The contract will be governed by the PCAP, which includes the agreements and conditions defining the rights and obligations that the contracting authority, the bidders and, at the appropriate time, the awardees will assume, as well as by the technical specifications.
