The procurement is conducted as a restricted procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, Sections 58-60. The procurement concerns total consultancy and assistance in connection with the implementation of a master plan for Lille Birkholm I & II with support from Landsbyggefonden. The properties are located at Peberhaven 33, 2730 Herlev. The procurement conditions contain the formal conditions for the implementation of the procurement process. The project is procured as total consultancy as it is assessed that it is most appropriate for management and coordination to be placed with a consultant.
