Denmark – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Ny Daginstitution i Strib (NDiS)

The procurement concerns total consultancy (architectural and engineering services) in connection with the construction of a new integrated daycare centre in Strib, Middelfart Municipality, located in the southern part of Strib. The total consultant's services are based on the developed Vision and Mission and cover programming, design, tendering, and construction of an integrated daycare centre for 36 nursery children and 70 kindergarten children with an expected gross floor area (excluding secondary buildings) of approximately 1,136 m2. This also includes associated outdoor facilities incl. secondary buildings, playground, and parking with access. The project is a turnkey project and site preparation is also included in the consultant's services. Based on Annex 7 Vision and Mission and Annex 11 Client Supplies, the Total Consultant, together with the client, must further develop and concretise the concept for the future daycare centre. The Total Consultant must, through the use of workshops, involve selected persons from the administration, employees, users, etc. in the development of the Concept, so that after approval it can form the basis for the development of a Construction Programme that stays within the allocated project budget. Technical consultancy and assistance is defined in this tender as architectural and engineering services, including sustainability consultant, certified fire safety consultancy and certified structural engineer. The total consultant agreement is based on ABR 18 and the Description of Services for Construction and Landscape (YBL 18).
