The tender invites the performance of energy labelling with supplementary data collection as well as condition registration and maintenance plans for Solrød Municipality (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority). The tender is conducted as a restricted procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, Section II, consisting of a tendering phase and an offer phase. The purpose of the tender is to ensure that the preparation of energy labelling with supplementary data collection provides the Contracting Authority with a fair and useful overview of the energy status of the Contracting Authority's buildings, and to contribute to the identification and qualification of energy savings. The preparation of condition registrations and maintenance plans shall ensure the Contracting Authority an overview and a tool for use in the planning of maintenance tasks across the Contracting Authority's building portfolio. It is crucial for the Contracting Authority that the Supplier is able to deliver a uniform and high quality of services, ensuring that the Contracting Authority's employees can subsequently work effectively with the data, descriptions, proposals and activities provided in connection with energy labelling with supplementary data collection as well as condition registrations and maintenance plans. The tender includes energy labelling with supplementary data collection as well as condition registration and maintenance plans for buildings selected by the Contracting Authority and which are subject to requirements for regular energy labelling or requirements for energy labelling in connection with sale or lease. Furthermore, the Contracting Authority's buildings between 60 m2 and 250 m2 are included. Condition registration and maintenance plans shall also be prepared for selected buildings that are not subject to requirements for energy labelling. Reference is made to the documents "Contract Annex 3 – Tender and Building List" and "Contract Annex 2 – Technical Specification" for a more detailed description of the services as well as minimum requirements for these. The Contracting Authority makes the platform ejendom.com available to the Supplier for handling and input of condition registrations and maintenance plans. It is a requirement that the Supplier uses the platform.
