The subject of the public procurement contract is to ensure the support, operation and development of the existing application my213 (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), which includes, in particular, the performance of the following activities:

• Takeover services for the existing Application

• Application operation support services

• Application development services

• Exit services, including support for transitional architectures and data migration support (hereinafter also collectively referred to as "Services"; Application development services and Exit services hereinafter also collectively referred to as "Services on demand").

The detailed specification of the subject of the public procurement contract is set out in Annex No. 2 of the tender documentation, which constitutes the binding template contract ("Contract" or "Binding Contract Template"). A detailed description of the services and performance that are the subject of this contract is set out in the Technical Specification, which forms Annex No. 1a and Annex No. 1b of the tender documentation.
