Poland – Construction work – Przebudowa ul. Retkińskiej na odcinku od ul. Wyszyńskiego do ul. Krzemienieckiej wraz z modernizacją sieci wodociągowej

The subject of the contract has been divided into tasks: 1.1. Task 1 (ZDiT): Reconstruction of ul. Retkińskiej from ul. Wyszyńskiego to ul. Krzemienieckiej. The scope of Task 1 includes the execution of construction works covering the reconstruction of the street over a length of approximately 1200 m, demolition works, excavation, reconstruction of the carriageway in KR4 construction, construction of a roundabout ring and island in KR4 construction, construction of bus stop platforms, reconstruction of the surface of cycle paths/pedestrian and vehicle lane/footpath (designed bituminous surface, reinforced construction on ramps), reconstruction of existing footpaths, ramps, execution of TGSI indicator plates, restoration of lawns in the roadway, construction of street lighting, reconstruction of collisions and protection of electrical networks, reconstruction of traffic lights as part of the construction of bicycle counters, purchase and installation of bicycle counters, reconstruction of urban monitoring, drainage of the street, gas network, vertical regulation of network infrastructure and underground installations and/or replacement of covers of telecommunication and electrical wells, horizontal marking, dismantling of damaged and installation of new vertical signage, installation of small architecture elements, installation of BRD devices, including prefabricated Berlin cushions. The scope of works includes: preparatory and demolition works, substructures, surfacing, traffic safety devices, street elements, road greenery and other works within the scope consistent with the description of the subject of the contract (design documentation and STWiORB). 2.2. Task 2 (ZWiK): Modernisation of the water supply in ul. Retkińska from pos. Retkińska 73 to pos. Retkińska 79C. 3. The subject of the contract shall be executed in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract, which is Annex No. 8 to the SWZ and the provisions of the contract set out in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. 4. By the term "modernisation" the Contracting Authority understands repair or reconstruction or construction in accordance with the definitions contained in Article 3 of the Building Law.
