Czechia – Installation services of electrical and mechanical equipment – RÁMCOVÁ DOHODA - ELEKTROPRÁCE

The subject of the performance is the provision of the required volume of hours of the relevant activities, consisting of the following activities: - Electrical installation work HV up to 35 kV and LV, - Commissioning work SC (control system), VF (frequency converter), - Repairs of electrical equipment, in surface mine environments, i.e. environments under the supervision of the Mining Authority. The subject of this tender procedure is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement with several Suppliers, but with a maximum of three (3) Suppliers. If the Contracting Authority is unable to select the specified maximum number of Suppliers due to the fact that an insufficient number of Tenders were submitted or these Tenders did not meet the requirements set out in the ZZVZ or by the Contracting Authority, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to conclude a Framework Agreement only with those Participants in the tender procedure who have met these requirements, and this even with only one Supplier, or may cancel the tender procedure. The Contracting Authority will, on the basis of the Framework Agreement, in the manner indicated therein, order the performance always at the time and to the extent of its current needs.
