The repair of the roof of Building No. 1 is expected to include the dismantling of the roof covering, including all layers until the elements of the wooden structure are reached, repair of the existing wooden structure with replacement of rotten or deformed elements of it, installation of a new roof covering from thermopanels, replacement of all laminated claddings, gutters and downpipes and more. The repair of the roof of Building No. 2 is expected to include the dismantling of the roof covering, including all layers until the reinforced concrete slab on the slope is reached, installation of new wooden beams, installation of a new roof covering from thermopanels, replacement of all laminated claddings, gutters and downpipes and more. The scope of the order also includes the construction of new concrete channels, as well as a reinforced concrete platform in the place of the gravel paving. It is expected that the existing concrete channel in the western part of the site will be replaced with a wider one, made of prefabricated concrete elements, with the drainage of atmospheric waters being carried out in the existing channel in ZRU. Also, in the eastern part of the site, a new channel from concrete elements is to be made, with a slope in the eastern direction, which will drain the atmospheric waters onto the platform east of the buildings in the substation. The construction of a reinforced concrete paving is expected in the place of the existing gravel paving.
