Netherlands – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Nieuwbouw Mariaschool

European restricted procedure for the integral design assignment (Total Engineering) for the new construction of the Mariaschool (approx. 3,220 m² GFA) and a gymnasium (approx. 450 m² GFA) in Den Hoorn. The assignment includes architecture, construction, building services, building physics and site development including the integration of childcare. Work will be carried out in BIM in accordance with the Basis ILS with a high ambition level in terms of sustainability (BENG/ENG and Frisse Scholen Class B/A). The estimated construction cost budget is set at €9,500,000, including VAT at 2026 price level, with an intended date of completion in 2029.
