Netherlands – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Ontwerpteam uitbreiding MFA de Zonneparel

The contract consists of the comprehensive design brief for the extension of the MFA de Zonneparel. This involves: - Extension of the existing building by an addition of approximately 1,000 m2 bvo. - The comprehensive design in the phases of structural design, preliminary design, final design and technical design. - The comprehensive design brief concerns the experts architect, interior architect, constructor, E+W+T installations, sustainability/ safety/ building physics/ acoustics advisor and fire safety. - The aesthetic and technical support of the project manager and supervisor in the design development, pre-construction and construction phases. Extension of the existing building by an addition of approximately 1,000 m2 bvo.
