This consultation concerns the revision of the Territorial Coherence Scheme of Bessin in the form of a SCOT AEC serving as a Territorial Climate Air Energy Plan. The contract is composed of a fixed-price base mission (ordinary contract) and services to be ordered by the contracting authority if necessary (framework agreement with order forms, no minimum and a maximum of 100 000 Euros excl. VAT). Estimated duration of the mission: approximately 4 years.
