Finland – Ambulance services – Sairaankuljetuspalvelujen ja ensihoitopalvelun D-tehtävien dynaaminen toimittajarekisteri

With this notice, HUS Group (hereinafter also the Contracting Authority or the Procuring Entity) establishes a dynamic supplier register to procure ambulance services and services related to the production of D-tasks of emergency medical services for HUS Group. The actual procurements will be made through internal competitions within the dynamic supplier register. This is a procurement of social and health services exceeding the national threshold in accordance with Appendix E of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016, Procurement Act). The dynamic supplier register is divided into the following classes based on the characteristics of the service to be procured:

Class 1: Ambulance service with basic level direct guidance units

Class 2: Ambulance service with care level direct guidance units

Class 3: Ambulance service with overcapacity units

Class 4: Production of D-tasks of emergency medical services with basic level units

The classes and the service to be procured are described in more detail in Appendix 2 Service Description. A candidate may submit an application to one or more classes of the supplier register. All candidates meeting the eligibility requirements will be accepted into the dynamic supplier register. The operation of the dynamic supplier register is described in more detail in Appendix 1 of this participation request. The procuring entity will process the received participation applications as described in Appendix 1. New candidates may submit a participation application and be included in the dynamic supplier register throughout the validity period of the supplier register, provided they meet the requirements set out in the participation request and its appendices. The dynamic supplier register is valid until 31.12.2036, unless it is shortened or extended by a separate notice. HUS does not commit to any procurement quantities or order obligations with this notice.
