1. The subject of the order includes the delivery of a brand-new loading machine along with accessories for the Regional Waste Processing Plant (RIPOK) located in Inowrocław at 77 Bagienna Street. 2. The financial conditions of the order: based on a leasing agreement after the tender procedure conducted by the ordering party, after selection and signing the contract with the machine supplier. 3. The detailed technical conditions of the loading machine are described in the tender form, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ. 4. Organizational and technical requirements for the contractor: a) the contractor must be the manufacturer or an authorized representative of the manufacturer of the offered machine, b) the contractor must have an authorized stationary service center with a spare parts warehouse and mobile service within the country, c) service response to a report within a maximum of 48 hours from the moment of reporting the failure (counting working days), d) delivery of a machine made as a prototype, or as a test series, is not allowed, e) the contractor will deliver the machine, meeting the conditions specified by the Ordering Party to the Regional Waste Processing Plant in Inowrocław, located at 77 Bagienna Street, f) the contractor will provide, in the price, a full warranty for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol of the machine by the ordering party or for the number of engine hours given in the "Warranty" criterion, whichever occurs first, g) the contractor will provide, in the price, free (labor, parts, travel) maintenance inspections of the machine for a period of 36 months or for the number of engine hours given in the "Warranty" criterion, whichever occurs first, in accordance with the applicable standards of the manufacturer, h) the contractor will conduct an operational test of the delivered machine, i) the contractor will conduct basic training of the designated personnel of the ordering party (up to 6 people) in the scope of operation and maintenance of the loading machine, j) the contractor will deliver to the ordering party the following documents: - CE conformity certificate, certificates and other necessary documents allowing the machine to be started and used, - technical and operational documentation (DTR) in Polish, - warranty document (card or book) in Polish.
