Cleaning and clearing of rights of way along the route of the SrN (overhead power lines) for the needs of Elektrorazpredelenie Sever AD, distributed by separate positions, as follows: Separate Position № 1: Cleaning and clearing of rights of way along the route of the SrN on the territory of ROC Gorna Oryahovitsa Separate Position № 2: Cleaning and clearing of rights of way along the route of the SrN on the territory of ROC Gabrovo

The subject of the contract includes the removal within the easement of trees, bushes and pruning of tree branches to ensure the required minimum distances between the crowns of the trees and the conductors of the overhead power distribution network on the territory served by Elektrorazpredelenie Sever AD, as well as the felling of trees outside the easement zone, posing a threat to the power lines with the aim of increasing the safety and security of the medium voltage electrical network, in accordance with Ordinance № 16/09.06.2004 for the easements of energy facilities (prom. DV, No. 88 of 08.10.2004) and other legal and subordinate normative acts. The contracting authority forecasts that for the entire period of the contract, activities with quantities and types, as specified in Sample № 3 - Cleaning and clearing of rights of way along the route of the SrN to the documentation, will be entrusted. The specified quantities are indicative and may change in accordance with the needs of the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY.
