Denmark – Servers – 02.03 Servere og storage (DIS)

SKI hereby offers a dynamic purchasing system (hereafter the System) concerning the procurement of servers and storage. It is voluntary for all SKI’s customers, as listed in Annex B Customer List, to use the System when procuring servers and storage. The System comprises two procurement categories: • Category 1 Supply Purchases • Category 2 Solution Purchases The content of the categories is further described in Annex C System Object. The object of the System, as defined by the product and service areas, according to Annex C, is identical in both categories, meaning that the same products and services can be procured in both Category 1 and Category 2. The categories differ by the nature of the need that a specific procurement must fulfill, and thus not necessarily by the object of the procurement itself. Category 1 shall be used when a Customer has a specific need to supplement or expand their existing solution. Category 2 shall be used when a Customer needs to procure a new comprehensive solution that does not start from an existing installation.
