The contract concerns the new construction of 25 individual social rental homes located at rue du Panorama, rue Olympe de Gouges, rue Molière, rue Bossuet and rue Lénine 42240 UNIEUX. This operation will be NF Habitat HQE certified and must meet the 2025 performance threshold levels of the RE2020. The use of off-site construction processes, such as 2D or 3D modular panels, is strictly required for Lot No. 4 – Timber Frame – Roofing – Façade. This requirement constitutes an essential and mandatory condition of contract execution. Consequently, any bid from a company that does not demonstrate its ability to implement these off-site processes will be declared non-compliant and its bid will be rejected.
