Czechia – Refuse and waste related services – Sběr, svoz, využití a odstranění odpadů ve FN Ostrava

The subject of the public contract is the performance of regular, irregular and extraordinary collection and disposal of waste (including hazardous waste), their use and disposal, including the provision of necessary containers and bins, servicing of the central waste collection point, partial collections, expert advice, maintaining continuous waste records, processing mandatory reports and notifying the transport of hazardous waste, all for FN Ostrava and its detached workplaces Léčebna pro dlouhodobě nemocné (hereinafter „LDN“) Klokočov, rehabilitační ústavy (hereinafter „RÚ“) Hrabyně and Chuchelná. All must be carried out in accordance with the relevant legal regulations, in particular Act No. 541/2020 Sb., the Waste Act, as amended, and Decrees No. 273/2021 Sb., on the details of waste management and 8/2021 Sb., the Waste Catalogue and Assessment of Hazardous Properties of Waste, as amended.
