Czechia – Refuse collection services – „Zajištění svozu komunálních odpadů pro město Žamberk“ Část A) Svoz směsného komunálního odpadu Část B) Svoz a zpracování vytříděných složek komunálního odpadu

Section A) Contract – Collection of Mixed Municipal Waste – The subject of this part of the contract is the provision of services that will consist in ensuring the collection of mixed municipal waste (hereinafter "MMW") (catalogue number 20 03 01), its transport and delivery at the place designated by the contracting authority, and this in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, in particular the Waste Act and all its implementing decrees. Scope of services: a) Regular collection of MMW from bins placed at family houses according to Annex No. 1 of the contract, Frequency: 1x every 14 days (i.e. 26 collections per year), Collection day: odd Thursday. b) Regular collection of MMW from bins placed at apartment buildings according to Annex No. 2 of the contract, Frequency: 1x per week (i.e. 52 collections per year), Collection day: Thursday. c) Collection of MMW from PE bags in locations listed in Annex No. 3 of the contract, Frequency: 1x per month (i.e. 12 collections per year) Collection day: first Monday of the month.

Section B) Contract – Collection and Processing of Sorted Components of Municipal Waste – The subject of this part of the contract is the provision of services that will consist in ensuring the collection of sorted components of municipal waste, their transport, sorting, delivery for further use or processing, or disposal in cases determined by legal regulations, and further keeping the records required by law relating to the performance of the subject of the public contract, and this in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, in particular the Waste Act and all its implementing decrees including the current binding decree of the city of Žamberk on the determination of the general waste management system. - The subject of this part of the contract is to ensure the collection and subsequent handling, in particular, of these sorted components of municipal waste: • paper and cardboard (catalogue number 20 01 01), • glass (catalogue number 20 01 02), • plastics (catalogue number 20 01 39) together with metals (catalogue number 20 01 40) and with composite and beverage cartons (catalogue number 20 01 01 01), Scope of services: a) Regular collection of paper and multi-commodity collected plastics together with composite and beverage cartons and small metals from collection containers placed in public locations on the territory of the city of Žamberk according to Annex No. 2 of the contract Frequency: set in the collection schedule according to Annex No. 1 of the contract b) Regular collection of clear and colored glass from bins placed on the territory of the city of Žamberk according to Annex No. 2 of the contract Frequency: set in the collection schedule according to Annex No. 1 of the contract c) Regular collection of sorted components of municipal waste from bins placed on the territory of the city of Žamberk – door-to-door system in locations listed in Annex No. 3 of the contract Frequency: set in the collection schedule according to Annex No. 1 of the contract d) verifiable delivery of sorted components of municipal waste to facilities for the use and processing of waste according to the Waste Act, and this by a document in the sense of § 17 para. 1 letter c) of the Waste Act, for reuse, recycling or other use, including energy use, or disposal in accordance with the waste management hierarchy and legal regulations. The subject of the services is further the keeping of a true and complete record of the waste taken over, including the processing of quarterly reports, cooperation in the inventory of bins, controls and communication campaign to support waste sorting.
