Belgium – Access control system – Raamovereenkomst voor levering, installatie, ombouwen en uitbreiding van het toegangscontrolesysteem en bijhorende data gerelateerde diensten

Karus vzw is looking for a solution to expand its patrimony with an access control system. In a first phase, this involves the delivery, installation and maintenance of the access control system in new building M20, to then gradually equip future buildings that are renovated. Access must be provided with a badge, but must be expandable in the future, as digitalisation progresses, to a solution with mobile and biometric identification. The contract includes the possibility to deliver, install, connect and implement an integrated access control system. The system must be modularly expandable and should preferably be linked to the organisation's existing databases to exchange necessary data for efficient daily use. Through this framework agreement, Karus wishes to expand the current access control system of EM to future new build and renovation projects. The new system must therefore be compatible with the system of EM and staff must be able to use both systems with the same badge.
