The present tender is part of Phase 1 for the creation of a multimodal TGV/TER station (PEM = Multimodal Exchange Hub) with 4 platform tracks on the Nice St AUGUSTIN site. This involves transforming the current Nice St AUGUSTIN station, located in the immediate vicinity of the NICE airport. The future Gare NAE (NAE = NICE AEROPORT) will receive TER and TGV trains, be equipped with a bike station, a car park, a kiss-and-ride area and taxi drop-off/pick-up, and be interconnected with the city's 3 tram lines, coaches, buses and the airport. Lot 7 primarily concerns the dismantling of the existing metal footbridge, the creation of dry and wet networks, the construction of retaining walls and the North and North-East retaining walls, platform works, the implementation of green spaces and the construction of retention basins.
