The subject of the public contract is the delivery, implementation, commissioning and subsequent support of a new certified electronic records management system (hereinafter also referred to as “eSSL”) operated as an on-premise installation in the procurer's environment. The delivery will also include a document management system (DMS) module. The subject of the performance includes in particular the delivery of the necessary licenses, system configuration, data migration from the existing system, implementation of integration links, performance of the entry analysis, testing, user training and ensuring technical and legislative support for a period of 5 years. The eSSL will replace the existing system operated by the procurer and must meet all legislative and technical requirements set out in the tender documentation and its annexes. Further specifications of the subject of the performance are given in the Technical Specification, which is Annex No. 3 to the ZD and in the Contract for Work and for the Provision of Technical Support, which is Annex No. 2 to the ZD.
