Poland – Construction work for waterways – Zaprojektowanie i wykonanie robót budowlanych dotyczących inwestycji pn. „Poszerzenie odcinka toru wodnego na podejściu do portu morskiego w Świnoujściu”

The subject of the procurement is the design and execution of construction works related to the investment entitled "Expansion of the waterway section at the approach to the seaport in Świnoujście" (hereinafter also referred to as the "Investment"). The detailed description of the subject of the procurement is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ. Each contractor is obliged to submit, before the deadline for the submission of tenders, a bid bond in the amount of: 5,000,000.00 Polish zloty (in words: five million Polish zloty 00/100). Proof of the submission of the bid bond must be submitted together with the tender. The Purchaser requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the proper execution of the contract in the amount of 5% of the total gross offer price. The guarantee must be provided in full, regardless of the form of its submission, no later than on the date of conclusion of the contract, but before its signature. Specific requirements regarding the implementation and enforcement of the requirement to employ on the basis of an employment relationship have been specified in the contract template constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
