Specialist planning for HLSK electrical M&E for the new build of a highly technised medical centre for the Bundeswehr. The new build comprises three institutes (MikroBioBw, RadBioBw, PharmToxBw) and the animal testing facility (VTS). The planned laboratories for the institute MikroBioBw are to be assigned to safety levels S1 to S4. Further highly technised specialist laboratories are planned for the institutes RadBioBw and PharmToxBw. The total gross floor area (GFA) is approximately 56,279m² according to the planning status as of June 2025.
