Tenderers are required to submit their tenders electronically via the e-procurement platform.

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who offers the best value for money.

Tenderers must have the following minimum requirements:

- Be registered in the European Union's official database of economic operators (EURONET) or in the equivalent national database

- Have a valid VAT number

- Have experience in digitalisation projects, with at least 3 similar projects completed in the last 5 years

- Have the necessary technical and human resources to carry out the contract

Tenderers must submit the following documents:

- A technical proposal outlining the methodology and tools to be used for the digitalisation process

- A financial proposal detailing the costs associated with the digitalisation process

- A certificate of registration in the European Union's official database of economic operators (EURONET) or in the equivalent national database

- A copy of the valid VAT number

- Proof of experience in digitalisation projects, with at least 3 similar projects completed in the last 5 years

- A declaration of the necessary technical and human resources to carry out the contract

The awarding of the contract will be based on the following criteria:

- Technical merit of the proposal (weight: 60%)

- Financial offer (weight: 40%)

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who offers the best value for money, taking into account the technical merit of the proposal and the financial offer.

The contract will have a duration of 24 months from the date of signature.

The contract will be governed by Italian law and any disputes will be resolved through the Italian courts.
