The subject of the contract is the implementation of the works for "Modernisation of pump stations behind the dams within the SH Rm. Valcea: SP Topolog from CHE Babeni, SP Bratia from CHE Babeni, SP Bistrita from CHE Babeni, SP Olanu from CHE Ionesti, SP Oltet from CHE Ipotesti, SP Poganu from CHE Strejesti, SP Teslui from CHE Arcesti, SP Teslui – Farcasele from CHE Draganesti", which mainly include: - Construction works related to the modernisation of hydromechanical equipment (grating, batardou, balustrades, etc) - Construction works related to the modernisation of electrical equipment (container foundation, diesel group, cables, etc) - Electrical installations related to the constructions (cabinets, video monitoring system, anti-fracture, etc) - Hydromechanical installations (electropump, refilling pipe, etc). The pump stations behind the dams, which are part of the investment objective for which the procurement is launched, were put into operation around the 1980s, equipped and built with equipment manufactured according to the technology of that time, these pumping stations being in operation at the moment. The pump stations behind the dams have the role of evacuating the waters resulting from the infiltrations from the accumulation lakes, as well as the rainwater from the surrounding area, returning at the same time a significant amount of recovered water into the hydroelectric circuit of the facilities within SH Rm Valcea. Moreover, a particularly important role is represented by the reduction of the risk of flooding of the human settlements and the agricultural surfaces in the vicinity. During the operation of the equipment, from the component of the pump stations behind the dams, from the commissioning until the present, deficiencies in operation have been recorded, due to the moral and physical wear of the hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and automation equipment, and accentuated degradation of the construction elements of these pump stations. To all these deficiencies, the incidents from two of the pumping stations, SP Topolog and SP Bistrita, are added, stations which, following significant rainfall, have been completely flooded, for which reason both the construction part and the pumping and electrical installations have suffered significant damage. Taking into account all the aspects regarding the precarious technical state, it is imperative to carry out major interventions, within modernisation works on all the hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and automation equipment from the pump stations behind the dams within the SH Rm. Valcea: SP Topolog, SP Bratia, SP Bistrita, SP Olanu, SP Oltet, SP Poganu, SP Teslui, SP Teslui-Farcasele.
