Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych z terenu Gminy Chorkówka w 2027 roku

a) collection and transport of municipal waste generated on residential properties located in the area of the Municipality of Chorkówka, b) management of municipal waste generated on residential properties in the area of the Municipality of Chorkówka, excluding: non-segregated (mixed) waste 20 03 01, biowaste 20 02 01, and selectively collected waste with the following codes: 15 01 01, 15 01 06, 15 01 07), c) collection, transport and management of waste from the Selective Waste Collection Point, excluding the management of selectively collected waste with the following codes: 15 01 01, 15 01 06, 15 01 07, 20 02 01, d) operation of the Selective Waste Collection Point in Chorkówka, e) the collected waste the Contractor is obliged to manage in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, in particular art. 9e of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws 2025, item 733) and the hierarchy of waste management methods specified in art. 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587 as amended). In accordance with the regulation of art. 6d para. 4 of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws 2025, item 733), and the inter-municipal agreement NR GK.033.1.11.2017.L of 27 January 2017 on entrusting the Municipality of the City of Krosno with a selected scope of the task of maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality, the Purchaser informs about the requirement to transfer the collected non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, biowaste and selectively collected waste with codes: 15 01 01, 15 01 06, 15 01 07, to the municipal waste processing facility – Regional Waste Recovery Centre in Krosno (Municipal Communal Economy Enterprise – Krośnieński Holding Komunalny.) f) Other conditions related to the implementation of the contract have been specified in the contract project, and in annex no. 2 to SWZ.
