France – Heat-exchange units – Marché relatif à la fourniture de systèmes de récupération de chaleur sur les fumées issues de la combustion de biomasse sur la chaufferie de Cognin pour la DSP du réseau de chauffage urbain exploité par R3C

The consultation concerns the supply, transport, and delivery of a heat recovery system (including condenser and possibly economiser and any element necessary for their operation), any preparatory installation interventions prior to commissioning and the commissioning for the Cognin biomass boiler room (2 boilers of 8 MW or 1 boiler of 16 MW) on the urban heating network operated by R3C. The expected valorisation on the fumes of the Cognin biomass boilers is approximately 4 MW. The contract will include, in particular: - The preparation of technical documents for the design and sizing of the units; - Assembly in the workshop with control and testing before delivery; - Delivery to a delivery location determined by the Contracting Authority; - Any preparatory installation interventions; - Testing, commissioning and verification of the expected performance.
