The subject of the contract is the procurement of maintenance services during the contract period, the detailed description of which is given in Annex 1 - Technical Specification, which has been approved for internal use under § 35 (1) (6) of the Public Procurement Act. The supplier must submit unit prices in Annex 2. Annex 1 is issued only to applicants/co-applicants who have been excluded from the public procurement and qualified, in accordance with § 77 (3) of the RHS. / Grounds for exclusion and qualification requirements: See the procurement documents.
