Estonia – Repair and maintenance services of electrical distribution equipment – Seirepositsioonide UPS-seadmete hooldus ja remont

The Buyer is concluding a framework agreement for the maintenance and repair of Socomec UPS devices (Part I) and Schneider Electric Easy UPS devices (Part II) used in monitoring positions. The Buyer has indicated the expected start date of the contract in the register of public procurement. The subject of the contract and its technical parameters are described in more detail in Annex 1 - Technical Description (Part I and Part II), which has been approved for internal use pursuant to § 35 (1) (9) and (10) of the Public Procurement Act. Pursuant to § 77 (3) of the RHS, Annex 1 is issued only to applicants/co-applicants who have signed and submitted a confidentiality declaration, have not been excluded from public procurement and have been qualified. The Supplier must submit unit prices in Annex 2. The expected value of the framework agreement is 90 000€. The public procurement is summed up with the previous public procurement „Maintenance and repair of UPS devices in monitoring positions“ (reference number: 292817) pursuant to § 24 (2) (1) of the RHS, which is why the public procurement rules applicable to public procurements exceeding the international threshold are applied when organising the public procurement. / Grounds for exclusion and qualification requirements: See the tender documents.
