Poland – Snow-clearing services – Świadczenie usług zimowego oczyszczania dróg będących w zarządzaniu Dzielnicy Bemowo m.st. Warszawy w sezonie 2026/2027.

1. The subject of the contract includes: a) Winter road clearance: carriageways along with parking bays and pavements in the Bemowo district of Warsaw, i.e. collecting and disposing of snow, ice and mud. b) Preventing and eliminating winter slipperiness by spreading the carriageway along with parking bays with chemical and non-chemical agents. Mechanical snow removal (ploughing). c) Preventing and eliminating winter slipperiness by spreading pavements with chemical and non-chemical agents. Manual snow removal. d) 24/7 monitoring and controlling the surface condition on the routes serviced during the contract period and providing the Contracting Authority with up-to-date information on any occurrences. e) Emergency cleaning of the carriageway from contaminants (as needed in special cases). f) Removal of snow to disposal points (as needed in special cases). g) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to temporarily restrict the execution of works (e.g. due to temporary closure of the road). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for the execution of the contract are in the Contract Description and in the Draft Contract Clauses, which are annexes to the SWZ.
