The WBG Kommunal GmbH intends to commission an external, overarching fire safety officer for the construction phase fire safety for the construction project New Martin Behaim Gymnasium, Schultheißallee 1, 90478 Nuremberg. The subject of the procurement is the organisational coordination, consultation, monitoring, documentation and follow-up of the construction phase fire safety management on the construction site (technical monitoring on behalf of the client without official testing or ordering authority). The service includes, in particular, the creation and updating of the construction phase fire safety regulations, regular site inspections, the accompaniment and random checks of the permit procedure for fire-hazardous work, the involvement in alarm and reporting procedures, the instruction or organisation of site inductions, as well as the ongoing documentation and reporting to the client.
